Born from a love of fresh pasta and the joy of sharing a table.

SÚBITO means “immediately” in Italian — and that is exactly how we like things: fresh pasta cooked to order, sauces simmered with patience, and plates that arrive at their very best.

We opened our doors in the heart of Puerto Banús with a simple idea: bring honest Italian comfort food to the Costa del Sol, without ceremony and without shortcuts.

Every day we roll fresh pasta, prepare our signature sauces, and welcome guests from every corner of the world — because a good bowl of pasta speaks every language.
